Thank you for shopping with AL Mall. We appreciate your interest in the products we curate and hope to make your experience enjoyable as you explore, evaluate, and purchase from our Live Stream sessions or online store.
As with any shopping platform, terms and conditions apply when transacting with AL Mall. By placing an order or making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below, along with our overall Terms and Conditions policy.
1) DELIVERY POLICY
We aim to complete deliveries of locally sourced products within 7 to 15 business days. For pre-orders or items sourced from overseas, delivery times may be longer, potentially extending up to 60 business days or more. Should any delays arise, we will communicate updates during our Live Stream sessions or inform you directly through our customer service team.
In situations where AL Mall is unable to fulfil an order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will resolve the matter in the following order of priority:
- Provide a new estimated delivery date
- Offer an exchange for an item of similar value
- Issue a full refund via the original payment method
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incomplete, incorrect, or missing information provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to supply complete, accurate, and truthful information, including delivery address and contact details, to facilitate the delivery process.
1.1) Delivery Fee Payable
A delivery fee may apply, covering the logistics costs charged by the supplier or delivery service to transport the items to your specified address.
Each Live Stream session will state specific free delivery conditions (if applicable) in the caption of our Facebook Live post. Unless these conditions are met, the delivery fee remains payable by the customer.
1.2) Unpaid Delivery Fee
Customers are required to pay the delivery fee applicable for each Live Stream session unless free delivery terms are satisfied. AL Mall will not dispatch the product if the delivery fee remains unpaid.
We will attempt to contact the customer three times via Facebook Messenger to arrange delivery fee payment. If there is no response after these attempts, AL Mall reserves the right to retain the product. The product will not be delivered until the customer responds.
If the customer either refuses to pay or remains unresponsive for 14 days after the last contact attempt, AL Mall reserves the right to resell the product to another customer to mitigate potential losses from unclaimed items.
2) NO RETURN, NO REFUND POLICY
At AL Mall, we collaborate closely with suppliers to bring you high-quality products. We are confident you will love your purchase. Please be aware that we enforce a strict "No Returns, No Refunds" policy. Kindly review this policy carefully prior to placing your order.
2.1) No Returns Accepted
Once a purchase is completed, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
2.2) No Refunds Provided
Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with the product
- Incorrect item selection
- Accidental purchase
- Product incompatibility
3) ORDER CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS
We aim to provide a positive post-purchase experience for all our customers. If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of your transaction. We will cancel the scheduled delivery; however, a 22% restocking fee applies to cancellations.
Please note that once an order is placed, no changes or modifications can be made.
3.1) Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee, based on the total invoiced amount, will be deducted from your refund.
The refund will be calculated as follows:
Refund Amount (S$) = Purchase Price - 15% Restocking Fee
For luxury items, an additional S$150 authentication fee applies.
This restocking fee covers operational and administrative costs associated with order processing.
3.2) Processing Time and Payment Method
Refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours will be processed within 10 to 14 business days and credited back to the original mode of payment. Refunds apply only to the entire order; we do not accommodate partial returns, cancellations, or refunds.
Depending on your bank’s processing time, the refunded amount should appear on your bank or credit card statement within 10 to 14 business days.
We reserve the right not to process transactions suspected to be fraudulent.
3.3) Exceptions
The restocking fee will be waived in cases where the customer experiences a medically confirmed allergic reaction to the product. Proof of the allergy (e.g., a doctor’s note) is required. Customers are advised to check product ingredients beforehand. We are not liable for individual reactions. If an allergy occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.
4) PRODUCT INFORMATION
We rely on the information provided by our suppliers to describe our products as accurately as possible. Despite our best efforts, descriptions presented during Live Streams or listings may occasionally contain unintentional errors. We reserve the right to correct such errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed.
Some products may be preloved or made from natural/organic materials, which may result in subtle variations between the actual product and the images shown or descriptions provided during Live Streams. We do our best to highlight any imperfections or signs of wear in pre-owned items, based on information from our suppliers. Customers are encouraged to request additional photos or clarification prior to purchase to ensure they fully understand the condition of a preloved item.
Please note that colours may appear differently depending on lighting and the screen or device used to view them. Colour variations across devices do not constitute a product defect.
